Coordinate and manage all international commercial affairs, including ordering, corresponding, and monitoring the entire order process with suppliers, covering aspects such as payments, deliveries, and shipments.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, from Proforma Invoices to shipping documents, customs affairs, and commercial registration procedures.
Make arrangements and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers, proactively resolving any potential issues related to transportation.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and address shortages, missed or late deliveries, and any other potential problems.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely loading of goods, updating shipment status on a weekly basis.
Take responsibility for obtaining all required governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in the import process.
Stay informed and up-to-date on current regulations, monitoring changes in applicable laws.
Manage the recording of orders and maintain relevant archiving procedures.
Requirements
Master's degree in Business and/or Commerce.
At least 10 years of experience in commerce.
Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing, and correspondence.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet.
Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
