Insurance Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the issuance, renewal, endorsement, amendment, and cancellation of insurance policies and monitor their validity and coverage.
•Supervise insurance policies covering property, machinery, equipment, vehicles, liability, accidents, and other organizational risks.
•Manage and follow up on insurance claims from registration and assessment through settlement and collection of insurance receivables.
•Supervise supplementary medical and accident insurance for employees, including insured-person records, coverage changes, requests, and claims.
•Review and control policy terms, conditions, exclusions, obligations, and limits of liability.
•Coordinate with factories and organizational units to collect and update information on assets, vehicles, employees, and emerging risks.
•Manage operational communications and follow-ups with insurance companies, brokers, and loss adjusters.
•Maintain and control insurance records, policies, endorsements, claim files, and related correspondence.
•Prepare periodic management reports on insurance policies, claims, costs, and insurer performance.
•Analyze claims history and insurance costs and recommend improvements and cost-control measures.
•Manage and follow up on multiple insurance cases and processes simultaneously until resolution.

Technical Competencies
•Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, property, liability, medical, and accident insurance.
•Strong understanding of insurance claim assessment, handling, and settlement processes.
•Ability to assess insurance risks and adequacy of coverage.
•Ability to review and interpret insurance policy terms, conditions, and obligations.
•Familiarity with insurance contracts and record-keeping principles.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance-related reporting.
•Strong negotiation and communication skills with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple insurance cases simultaneously and coordinate team activities.
•Working knowledge of English.
