Inside Sales Support – Tehran

Döhler Iran is looking for an "Inside Sales Support" to be employed in our Tehran office with the following qualifications;

- Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide essential support and information needed for successful customer interactions.
- Providing excellent customer service from "Lead to Cash".
- Responding customer issues, complaints, or demands in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, application laboratory, marketing, logistics and planning to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Shipping samples to the customers and tracking deliveries that are vital in terms of opportunity management and following up with customers to gather feedback on samples.
- Managing projects and contracts in cooperation with sales department and following up related tasks in CRM and ERP system.
- Generating reports and analyzing the data to provide insights for sales strategies.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Food Engineering or closely related field,
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred),
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good team player, strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem-solving skill,
- The ability to work under pressure and stress,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
