Infrastructure Supervisor

Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain network and server infrastructure.
• Manage network hardware, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Configure and monitor Windows servers.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, and related services.
• Implement backup policies and disaster recovery procedures.
• Infrastructure security monitoring and threat mitigation.
• Accurate documentation of infrastructure, system configurations, and changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, ICT, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in network and server administration.
• Strong understanding of computer network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching).
• Solid experience with virtualization on ESXi platforms.
• Hands-on experience with network devices from Cisco, Mikrotik, and Fortinet.
• Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with firewalls, load balancers, and other network security devices.
• Ability to document, troubleshoot, and analyze network and server issues.
• English Fluency, both verbal and written.
• CCNA/CCNP (Cisco).
• MCSA/MCSE (Microsoft).
• VMware VCP.
• Fortinet NSE 1 to 3 or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
