In-house lawyer (Internship)

Job Description

we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic "In-house Lawyer internship" to join our team.

-Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including sales and service contracts, compliance affairs, and corporate governance.

-Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including sales and service contracts and partnership agreements.

-Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

-Track changes in local laws and regulations related to the company’s business, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and provide suggestions or warnings to business departments in a timely manner.

-Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, contract templates, and best practices to enhance compliance and risk management.

-Be responsible for legal training and consulting in the field of business.

"Requirements"

-Bachelor's or Master's degree (Top 5 University).

-Experience in a student union/organization is preferred.

-Overseas study or internship/work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.

-Strong communication and coordination skills, legal analysis skills, writing skills, and problem-solving skills with professional legal knowledge.

-Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as the working language.

-Ability to perform under pressure and good teamwork skills.
