The import executor is responsible for the importation of the raw, packaging, and spare parts for the factory efficiently and innovatively to ease the release procedure with the lowest risk of out of stock.
Responsibilities:
Ordering registration at MoC (NTSW), importing and releasing permission from the Ministry of Health (TTAC) and the Ministry of Ershad, and certificates from the standard institute.
All Communications with foreign suppliers, ordering placements, original documents issuance and legalization, insurance before ETD, transportation, …
Tracking transportation with the logistics department, getting CDO from the forwarder
Arrangement with the bank to submit the attachments, receive allocation, and reconcile with the bank after clearance
Arrangement with transport companies to receive clean BL, border pass, CDO, and all required payments and letters
Clearance process to be organized with the broker and provide them with all required documents and payment.
Organizing payments to the foreign suppliers, forwarders & authorities
Following up on the clearance of all imported materials with the customs broker
Following up on the artwork and cromalin preparations by the marketing department and the supplier
Building a system for monitoring the importing actions per shipment, archiving the documents properly to comply with the internal audit requirements, and referring to future purchases
Controlling and updating contracts timely manner, and
Duty exemption tasks.
Requirements:
A university degree in a proper field like Commerce or Engineering.
At least 3 years of practical and relevant experience.
