• Monitor and track all developments for the client
• Maintain accurate records of progress
• Submit regular reports on progress and status
• Manage caseloads
• Act as primary lead on assigned client caseload
• Proactively monitor client’s immigration process
• Proactively communicate with client’s professional service providers
• Quality control of processing
• Receive new leads and convert them into active clients
• Provide regular reporting
• Provide administrative support to the company
• Office management support
• Support other company functions as directed and as needs arise
Requirements
• Detail-oriented and a demonstration of efficient organizational skills
• 2-3 years’ experience in business
• High degree of customer service experience and orientation
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proven ability to undertake and complete multiple projects and to work efficiently and diligently under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work with high net worth individuals
• Strong knowledge/experience of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• A good eye for detail
• The ability to work in a team
