-Design and implementation of procedures and policies based on company comprehensive strategies
-Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning
-Recruitment monitoring based on related policies and regulations
-Implementation of all HR procedures based on current policies and propose development plans
-Establishing KPIs for jobs and carrying out performance management system
-Managing Career Path planning system
-Promoting staff development and carry out training process
-Maintains job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
-Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
-Studying, planning and implementation of personnel welfare families based on current regulations
Requirements
-Master Degree in management, Industrial Engineering, business or related field
-Minimum 7 years of experience as a HR Manager
-Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
-Good knowledge of related laws and regulations, staffing principles
-Good knowledge of the principles of Professional human resources
-Full command of MS Office knowledge
-Ability of short term and long term planning
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team
-Fluent in English
