Caspian Tejarat Pouria, a prominent player in the commerce industry founded in 2009, is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Tehran. This role focuses on enhancing the organization's human resources functions within HR, recruitment, and performance management. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives that foster a productive workforce environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process while ensuring effective onboarding practices.
- Enhance employee performance by implementing training and development programs.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Create and manage a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within the commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and performance management processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and manage a team effectively.
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation.
