- Evaluation of personnel documents based on their personnel records
- Updating and completing personnel information in the personnel system
- Preparation of administrative drafts and review of staff leave status
- Issue personnel orders such as transfer, mission, leave, salary increases
- Controlling personnel attendance and preparing monthly work report
- Provide insurance list and follow up of personnel insurance
Requirements
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Fluent in labor law and social security

- BS or MS Preferably a degree in a field: Administrative and Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
