-Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training personnel.
-Personnel training planning and needs assessment procedures
-Use effective methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
-Prepare the incentive payments in terms for the employees in the incentive program
-Evaluate and follow up the human resources processes
Requirements
- Familiar with Human Resources planning & strategies
- Preferably 25 to 35 years old
- At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources Development
- Main knowledge of recruitment and recruitment processes, general-professional interviews, staff training, performance appraisal, job analysis / qualification
- Mastering the methods of measuring staff satisfaction and climate and organizational culture
- Familiar with the development of rules, procedures and guidelines
- Has effective communication skills
