Job Description

  • Assisting the HR manager to implement HR processes.
  • Managing and updating the database.
  • Organizing, evaluating the quality of HR process, and implementing improvements.
  • Preparing analyses and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Full computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Fluency in English.
