Proficient in training needs assessment methods
Proficient in training effectiveness
Planning and organizing skills to determine and properly implement training courses in line with the company's goals
Excellent communication skills to establish appropriate communication with senior managers, employees, and managers of various departments
Time management skills to prepare a suitable training course schedule
Teamwork ability to cooperate appropriately with other departments, other training department employees, and course instructors
Ability to monitor and analyze courses held
Ability to evaluate educational institutions and professors
Familiarity with training software (designing and organizing training course materials)
Updating the training and learning management system database and collaborating in managing related data
Developing the content of employee development and learning programs
Cooperating in compiling the training service calendar and communicating it to the organization
