- Design and implement HR Strategic Planning.
- Maintain the work structure by updating Job Requirements and Job Descriptions for all positions.
- Design and implement Competency Model in the Organization.
- Design and implement Performance Management System in the Organization.
- Prepare and implement Training and Development Plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire necessary skills in an effective and timely manner.
- Participation in designing and implementing Talent Management and Succession Planning System.
- Participation in designing and leading the internal Assessment Centers and planning the IDP.
- Design and implement employee Suggestion System in the Organization.
- Develop and implement Employer Branding Strategies.
Requirements
- B.S or M.S degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR field.
- HR knowledge proficiency.
- Self-motivated, Energetic and Proactive.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Being honest, patient and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
