Job descriptions - Develop the human resources plans and procedures, based on Company strategic vision. - Maintain staffs through establishing the recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs - Consult managers about candidate selection. - Create and revise job descriptions. - Develop and update Tadbirgaran Co evaluation and IDP programs. - Talent Management - Performance evaluation - Report to CEO, include appropriate decisions based on HR metrics

Requirements

Requirements - Human resource Management or MBA, master’s degree - 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or general manager (professional experience in big scale companies is preferred) - Knowledge of performance management (giving effective feedback, performance evaluation) - Knowledge of career development such as individual development plan (IDP) and identifying personnel competencies - Knowledge of HR administration, Iranian labor law, taxation, and insurance roles - Experienced in designing HR procedures - Critical thinker - Good communication skills - People-oriented
