
Job Description
● Inform policy and occupational health, occupational health, and environmental goals to all employees. ● Inform and raise awareness of employees about occupational safety and health issues and the environment. ● Plan and implement the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of safety, occupational health, and the environment. ● Improve safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements and inform stakeholders. ● Identify the risks and environmental aspects of the organization's activities with the participation of stakeholders. ● Cooperate in the initial assessment and selection of contractors for safety, health, and environmental issues. ● Prepare and notify safety, occupational health, and environmental documentation for contractors' activities. ● Carry out periodic visits of occupational safety and health and environmental officials of HSE officials from different units. ● Identify non-compliances through corrective or preventive action and follow up on prescribed actions. ● Assign identified nonconformities with senior management opinions. Identify and determine safe locations in collaboration with building management/maintenance. ● Collaborate in developing emergency exit location maps and safe neighborhoods. ● Accident and pseudo-incident logging and incident / pseudo-incident reporting and analysis. ● Identify potential emergency response conditions and plan a scenario for them. ● Plan emergency response maneuvers in coordination with senior management. ● Evaluate emergency response maneuvers and review them. ● Document emergency response maneuvers. ● Plan an emergency response and ways to exit the emergency and inform all stakeholders. ● Plan to charge fire extinguishers. ● Coordinate obtaining safety certificates for machines from inspection companies or competent centers. ● Identify the chemicals used in the organization and prepare the MSDS chemical information sheet. ● Visit first aid kit courses and coordinate to update first aid kit equipment. ● Identify the resources needed to implement HSE and notify senior management. ● Compile information on the purchase of occupational safety and health equipment, including PPE, safety signs, etc. ● Request to purchase equipment for occupational safety and health and the environment. ● Plan for periodic medical examinations of employees. ● Plan to separate waste from the source in administrative and operational units. ● Supervise contractors' activities on safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. ● Plan and hold occupational safety and health training sessions for employees and contractors in coordination with the training unit. ● Develop a program to identify harmful factors in the work environment (physical, chemical, mechanical, biological, and ergonomic factors). ● Plan to measure workplace pollutants and record and maintain results. ● Measure the performance indicators of the HSE management system periodically and report to management. ● Examine the consequences of the requested changes in processes in terms of occupational health and safety issues and the environment before implementing the change. ● Monitor and measure activities with checklists monitoring and measuring activities. ● Liaise with competent organizations on safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. ● Collaborate with other managers to collect HSE management system review input. ● Follow up on HSE management system approval approvals. ● Prepare reports on safety, occupational health, and environmental issues and submit them to senior management. ● Request to change/create documentation and send it to the document control or quality assurance department. ● Maintain safety, occupational health, and environmental records. ● Determine training needs and notify the superior.
Requirements
● At least 10 years of experience. ● Ability to work on the site of Sirik power plant. ● Risk assessment. ● Waste management. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Analytical and reporting skills. ● Familiarity with first aid. ● Familiarity with HSE requirements. ● Familiarity with related laws and regulations. ● Familiarity with firefighting. ● Continuous follow-up skills.
