● Setting Key Performance Objectives (KPO) and following them professionally.
● Writing and publishing policies, standards, procedures and relevant plans and establishing, maintaining, executing.
● Making sure that current inspections and auditing system of Quality, health, safety and environmental management is working proper and presenting essential solutions for proper measures.
● Active following up the subjects of HSE and participating in quality and safety inspections, researching about accidents and rendering current and monthly due reports.
● Communicating and exchanging information with employer, subcontractors, third persons and other contractual parties about HSE.
● Proper distributing of relevant documentaries and tools to safety and quality, holding justifier meetings about the manner of applying them.
● Protecting the environment through prevention, decreasing the inappropriate environmental consequences and increment of environmental performance.
● Participating in risk identification, analyzing the risks, investigation of the events and changes regarding to the HSE issues.
● Carrying out the affairs in limitation of determined duties and responsibilities which are submitted by superior authority.
Requirements
● Being theoretically acquainted with safety engineering principles in Oil industry.
● Capable to planning and executing safety and qualification plans.
● Familiar with current safety and environmental standards in Oil industry.
● Fluent in English.
● Capable to render analytical reports.
● IOGP OMS full implementation in D&M Operation segment.
