BAT PARS IS LOOKING FOR AN HR/Fleet Administrator FUNCTION: Human Resource LOCATION: Ahwaz ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Providing HR and Fleet support to the field force sales team while ensuring efficiency, productivity, and completion of all tasks including: Role description: ● Managing the recruitment processes. ● Managing administrative HR Tasks. ● Preparing different reports for HR and fleet teams. ● Company car check based on company standards and procedures. ● Managing administrative fleet tasks. ● Building effective & sustainable relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

● University degree is a must. ● Knowledge and experience of HR practices (Recruitment, Onboarding, Administration). ● Knowledge of Labour Law and SSO. ● Knowledge of Car Mechanic. ● English language (Intermediate Level). ● Team leadership skills. ● Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). ● Ready to travel within the region. ● Having a personal car is mandatory.
