Responsible for aligning the activities of the organization's human resources with the goals of the organization and units to increase the quality and speed of activities.
Roles:
● Ensure and facilitate HR service delivery to the business.
● Maintain effective employee relations through regularly interacting with personnel in respective functions.
● Support managers and teams in business delivery by enhancing their capability to deliver the objectives, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal/external).
● Collaborate with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators, and improvement plans.
● Participate in all HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits.
● Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
● Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, and Industrial Psychology.
● At least 8 years of experience.
● At least 3 years of supervisory and management experience.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
