Job Description
We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned HRBP associate to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team. The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in meeting the human resources requirements of the Branch department. He will be responsible for implementing HR policies, processes, and practices to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level support across various human resources functions, including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position's requirements, and plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR initiatives such as performance management, workforce planning, employee learning and development, diversity, compliance, recruitment, and compensation-related actions.
- Oversee/assist in the day-to-day delivery of human resources projects, programs, and strategies,
- including communication, onboarding, assimilation, and talent management.
- Assist in the organization's performance management process by coaching, educating, and - providing feedback to managers/supervisors.
- Conduct employee relations investigations, analyze organizational health issues, and collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas.
- Develop proactive communications, employee relations/recognition, and appreciation programs.
