Job Description

-Coordinated absorption process -Carrying out all employment matters, including registration of advertisements and interviews -Calculate employees' salaries -Registration of personnel for insurance and follow-up of insurance affairs -Responsible for the employment contract of the employee and consultant -Carrying out incentive programs of the organization -Job analysis and job description -Perform human resource reports -Employee Database Update (Digital and Hard)

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering -At least 3 years of experience in human resources -Skills in Office software -Excellent time management and attention to detail -Good communication skills and high public relations -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35 years
