-Coordinate recruitment process
-Conduct newcomer’s orientation
-Calculate employee payroll and bonus
-Handle supplementary insurance
-Responsible of employee and consultant work contracts affair
-Assist with performance management
-Assist with job analysis and job description preparation
-Assist with individual development planning
-Prepare HR reports
-Update employee database (digital & hard)
Requirements
-Bachelor degree in Management or Industrial Engineering
-At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources department
-Good knowledge of SSO and labor law
-Proficiency in MS office
-Excellent time management and attention to details
-Good communication skill
-English: Upper intermediate
