We are looking for an energetic, smart and self-learner HR specialist to support and contribute to our HR department.
Job Description
-Manage end to end HR Operation activities (complete employee life cycle, on-boarding to off-boarding)
-Handle benefits administration (Complimentary Insurance and leave)
-Issuance of employment contracts and contract addendum
-Controlling personnel attendance and preparing monthly work report
-Registration and keep of personnel records such as recruitment, transfer, termination, etc.
-Registration and follow up of all administrative requests.
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
-Proficiency in Personnel software PW Kara
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Outlook) and especially Excel
-Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Gender Preference: Male
