•Main Objective:
We are looking for an agile, energetic and seasoned HR professional to support and contribute to the people function for a workforce size of 100 employees
•Main Responsibilities:
-Supporting the entire spectrum of HR Operations from on-boarding and off-boarding
-Focus on continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and adhere to internal and external process/law compliance
-Engage effectively with employees and develop employee experiences in all HR operation touchpoints
-Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to foster harmony and drive efficiency in a deliverable (quality and on time)
-Manage end to end HR Operation activities (complete employee life cycle, on-boarding to off-boarding)
-Handle data and record management precisely, organized and error-free
-Deliver accurate payroll and final settlement
-Create reports and dashboards
-Ensure 100% compliance to Statutory (labor law-bound) dealings and stay up to date
-Handle benefits administration (Complimentary Insurance and leave)
-Focus on continuous improvement of HR Operation related policies and processes
-Contract Management: Issuance of employment contracts and contract addendum
-Probation Management: Initiate, Track, and conclusion probation period reviews
-Develop, educate/communicate on process/policy to employees
-Develop HR Trust and be a people’s champion: Demonstrate a Proactive approach
-Address employee queries/concerns
-Collaborate with HR Global / Regional teams to continuous learn and adopt best practices
-Internal and external stakeholder management

Requirements
-Bachelor/Masters in any education stream
-Between 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience
-Must have strong knowledge of Iran labor laws and HR Operation Acumen
-Ability to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and employees
-Should have the attribute of process-centric, eye for details and self-driven
-Excellent approach towards planning work, managing priorities, using own initiatives to overcome challenges and Innovation
-Proficient in MS Office
-Highly flexible and display a willingness to continuously learn & thrive
-Demonstrate a high degree of accountability and responsibility
-IT / Telecom background will be an added advantage
-Excellent communication skills (English)
