• Build credible and trusting relationships with employees to help facilitate effective employee communications and relations
• Embrace and encourage innovation, creativity and problem-solving
• Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
• Provide employees and leaders with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on HR topics and issues
• Partner with HR Manager to lead and/or coordinate employee engagement and training events
• Maintain all employee records and files, as well as documentation related to the human resources management function
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Leading recruitment process
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management or business-related field
• Experience as a human resources associate
• Strong communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical and time management skills
• Fluent in English
