- Doing recruitment process (sourcing, interview, hiring), constantly improve it and ensure item executed to perfection.
- Directly source talents through search and advertising via mass and specialized channels.
- Interview candidates based on own standard framework.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Preparing and managing correspondences, HR weekly and monthly reports and documents.
- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources or management, industrial engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
