Job Description

- Doing recruitment process (sourcing, interview, hiring), constantly improve it and ensure item executed to perfection. - Directly source talents through search and advertising via mass and specialized channels. - Interview candidates based on own standard framework. - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. - Preparing and managing correspondences, HR weekly and monthly reports and documents. - Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. - Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure.

Requirements

- Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources or management, industrial engineering or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience - Team work, excellent oral and written communication - Ability to think analytically - Presentation & Interpersonal Skills - High flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel
