-Recruitment process (job advertise, screening CVs, Choose qualified candidates, job interview).
-Maintaining staff by developing job descriptions and person specifications.
-Preparing & update organization chart according organization needs.
-Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
-Assisting and designing and preparation of salary and wage system and monthly payroll.
-Planning, Monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
-Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
-Hearing and resolving employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
-Analyzing KPI performance, and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. Requirements Experience.
Requirements
-Master degree in Human Resource Management or MBA.
-Minimum of 10 years related work experience in HR & at least 5 Years work experience as Manager
-Familiar with labor laws - government regulations
-Knowledge of organizational chart
-Ability to act as a mediator when staff conflicts or difficult situations arise
-Familiar with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems
-Familiar with human behavior and performance; Individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation
-Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
