Requirements
-Master degree in Human Resource Management or MBA.
-Minimum of 10 years related work experience in HR & at least 5 Years work experience as Manager
-Familiar with labor laws - government regulations
-Knowledge of organizational chart
-Ability to act as a mediator when staff conflicts or difficult situations arise
-Familiar with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems
-Familiar with human behavior and performance; Individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation
-Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
-An approachable and compassionate nature
-High Emotional Intelligence.
-Ability to handle disciplinary issues appropriately
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Fluent in English.
