-Develop the HR department’s structure and identify the company’s HR needs in line with the Organization’s Strategy and Culture
-Create a candidate pool, interview, select and recruit the qualified candidates for open or to be opened positions according to each departments requirements
-Learning and development agent both for Managers and Employees
-Assess employees training needs, plan, develop and coordinate training programs
-Manage employee relation issues such as disputes, absences, leaves, contracts, salaries and so on
-Manage employees performance, identify satisfaction level and propose and implement necessary improvement plans
-Manage employee retention and succession plans
-Identify, manage and utilize the HR budget
Requirements
-BA in Human Resource Management, MA or an MBA in HRM is an advantage
-Minimum 2 Years work experience in a similar position/role
-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Leadership skills and charismatic character
-Good Computer knowledge especially MS Office
-Good English Knowledge
-Good Judgment and Decision Making
-Familiar with Labor Laws and Regulations in Iran
-Ideal Age: 25-45
