• Design and implementation of procedures and policies based on company comprehensive strategies.
• Recruitment monitoring based on related regulations
• Studying, planning and implementation of personnel welfare and that of their families based on current regulations.
• Maintains a payment plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related discipline
• Minimum Master Degree in human resources management, business or related field graduated of famous universities
• Good knowledge of social security laws and regulations, staffing principles
• Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
• Good knowledge of the principles of Professional human resources
• Ability of short term and long term planning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
