Job Description
We are looking for an agile, energetic and seasoned HR professional to support the team with the followings:
- Facilitating human resources processes
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, the on boarding and off boarding
- Ensure up-to-date employment policy in line with local legislation
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encasement and full and final settlements
- Update and Maintain HR files & Databases
- Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
- Drive best practices and act as counsel to management on all issues of employee performance.
