● Manage and monitor the performance of personnel and provide continuous reports to the CEO.
● Carry out personnel affairs, including recruitment, internal organizational matters, performance evaluation of the forces (promotion, bonus, transfer, leave, etc.), insurance, loan, and pension affairs.
● Manage and supervise the preparation and regulation of regulations - circulars and instructions based on the laws and approvals of the company, as well as supervising the proper implementation of administrative, personnel, and welfare regulations.
● Prepare and review performance reports and planning tables to monitor the performance of forces.
● Carry out employment affairs - preparing job descriptions and providing necessary solutions for the improvement and development of organizational performance and forces.
Requirements
● At least ten years of management experience.
● Familiarity with the laws of labor and social security administration.
● Proficient in salary and recruitment systems.
● Proficient in working with system partners' software and solutions.
● Ability to visit the company's workshops continuously.
