Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and application software, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues and provide support for printers and peripheral devices.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, and the ability to resolve users' network connectivity issues.
Familiarity with Active Directory, domain joining, and providing support for domain users.
Ability to log and track support requests and document troubleshooting steps and actions taken.
