Job Description

  • Providing help desk support and resolving problems to the end user's satisfaction.
  • Installing and maintaining software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, computers, and servers.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Installing and ensuring proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure and doing a daily backup of servers.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting mail server issues.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT service desk or help desk.
  • Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Network+.
  • Familiar with CCNA.
  • Fluent in MCSA.
  • Familiar with MCSE.
  • Familiarity with the mail server.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of storage and backup of information and related software.
  • Fluent in virtualization technology (VMware).
  • Ability to configure and maintain Network devices such as Switches, Routers, Modems, Access Points, Cameras, and NAS Storage.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Able to focus under pressure.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Gender preference: Male.
  • Maximum age: 27 years old.
