● Maintaining the quality policy and aligning the activities of the unit in relation to them.
● Formulating the goals and plan of the warehouse unit and proposing it to the senior management.
● Monitoring and measuring warehouse process and presenting to ISO management representative.
● Requesting corrective and preventive measures to eliminate actual and potential non-conformities.
● Determining the educational effectiveness of the training courses for the trained personnel of the warehouse unit.
● Determining the training needs of employees and announcing them to the training unit.
● Monitoring the place of quarantine of goods in the warehouse.
