Sales Growth Planning
Review and monitoring of sales development programs
Sales troubleshooting and providing improvement solutions
Operational Management
Evaluating branch performance in comparison to achieving defined standards
Identifying problems and diagnosing issues related to branch operations and implementing improvement programs
Inspection and Store Affairs
Reviewing regional inspection scores and indicators;
Troubleshooting inspection-related issues
Designing improvement plans for inspection reports
Designing improvement plans for regional standards
Reviewing and monitoring all store issues and challenges
Monitoring the performance of the Branch Development and Equipment Department
Property visits: Feasibility assessment of properties in terms of sales potential
Obtaining financial approval for payment from the Finance Department of the Central Headquarters
Direct supervision of branch equipment in some important cases such as Redesign
Financial supervision
Budget management: Reviewing financial statements to ensure profitability and other important indicators across branches
Human resource management
Conflict management: Monitoring challenges and conflicts and resolving conflicts and disputes
Human resource solutions: Addressing human resource challenges such as shortage and surplus, human resource mismatch, etc.
Monitoring the recruitment and hiring process: Monitoring the recruitment and hiring process for branch and headquarters employees
Communicating with managers and heads of human resources of the Central Headquarters
Troubleshooting the headquarters' human resource processes Region and branches and provide improvement solutions
Monitor key performance indicators such as churn rate, manpower mismatch; troubleshoot these indicators and provide improvement solutions
