Head of Repairs & Maintenance Planning Group

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Repairs & Maintenance Planning Group.
Develop annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans and schedules.
Coordinate maintenance planning with Production, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and HSE departments.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Optimize maintenance resources, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
Review maintenance work orders and ensure timely execution.
Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and major maintenance campaigns.
Participate in maintenance budgeting and cost control.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide recommendations to management.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, maintenance management, or reliability engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems
Good command of English B1.
Excellent leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills.
