Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Quality Control to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning within the unit to realize the production according to the plan announced by the planning unit.
- Timing, forecasting the production capacity, and choosing the appropriate production method.
- Continuous improvement in the unit to improve production capacity and quality.
- Calculation and rooting of possible deviations of the program and correction of identified forms and compensation of deviations.
- Pragmatic point of view regarding increasing productivity and efficiency in fields related to production.
- Personnel management and creating effective communication with subordinate personnel and other units.
- Providing accurate and interpretive statistical reports to the management.
