Job Description
- Control and manage all maintenance and repair processes and operations.
- Track expenses and control the maintenance budget.
- Maintain all equipment in working order.
- Implement service procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure that all department employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Draw up repair schedules and estimate the estimated cost of repairs.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for new consumables as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous management experience is an advantage.
- Good technical understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of machine and equipment facilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Mechanical Engineering:
- Master's degree: 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree: 17 years of related experience.
- Associate's degree: 20 years of related experience.
Electrical Engineering:
- Master's degree: 15 years of related experience.
