Head of Logistics

Job Description

Zarr Industrial Group is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Logistics Director. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The workplace is located in Hashtgerd, Alborz, and requires proficiency in utilizing prominent management tools and software.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute logistics strategies to optimize warehousing and distribution processes.
Manage and supervise transportation operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and customers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
Utilize SAP, WMS, and TMS software to manage logistics operations effectively.
Create and maintain logistics performance reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
Qualifications:

Holds an academic degree in Industrial Engineering (IE).
Proven working experience in similar managerial positions within the manufacturing and processing industry.
Full fluency and mastery of SAP and Microsoft Office software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
