● Provide motivational solutions and implement them in the organization.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:45 to 16:30; Thursdays from 7:45 to 13:30.

● Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
● At least seven years of work experience.
● Proficient in Excel and Word.
