Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Growth and Business Analytics for our ride-hailing who will help us ensure the adoption of strategic analytics critical for tactical and long-term decision-making to grow our market share by 2-3X. You will be the visionary leader who explores opportunities that other people haven’t tapped into yet - and find ways to make your vision happen. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, project management, communication skills and visionary leadership, strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: ● Own growth planning workshops. ● Develop an answer first for planning based on the customer experience report and the head of functions’ input. ● Own a financial model for Tapsi, generate a business plan, weekly plan, and activity breakdown. ● Lead the strategy and tactics on how to grow our mature markets by 2-3x and take a competitive position in main markets. ● Monitor per-city-per-activity performance and hold recurring meetings for progress review. ● Follow up initiatives and ensure we are on the track. ● Drive strategic alignments across the organization involving numerous stakeholders to explore, maximize and enable our growth opportunities in both existing and new markets. ● Provide decision analysis. ● Tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems. ● Translate analysis into meaningful business insights. ● Build potential options and actionable recommendations around those insights. ● Build, empower, and lead a team of talented analysts. ● Build data-driven decision-making culture in all functions.

Requirements

● “Get things done” attitude, a bias for output, and high prioritization skills. ● Proven track record for designing creative and out-of-box business solutions. ● At least 2 years of experience in a strategical role preferably working with C-suite and at least 5 years of experience in analytics. ● Experience with managing a high-performing team. ● Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end and visually clean financial/operational models. ● Excellent market research skills and a good understanding of macroeconomic variables and trends. ● Experience in a fast-growth digital company is a strong plus. ● Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). ● Fluent in English.
