Job Description
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and certification bodies.
- Ensure the latest applicable local and international standards are incorporated in the audits.
- Make sure all safety regulations are implemented and adhered to.
- Select the right team, assess performance, and ensure the team has the necessary competencies and plan for future team development.
- Accountable for the correct and on-time reporting of the audit results.
- Ensure implementation of ISO 19011; a guideline for auditing management systems.
- Propose and agree on a yearly audit plan with all stakeholder and certification bodies and execute this plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of a job field or basic knowledge of several related job fields.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in auditing, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Knowledge of dairy standards and regulations, such as HACCP, ISO, and GMP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
