Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to own our marketing initiatives end-to-end—balancing high-level strategy with daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel performance campaigns and acquisition funnels.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor daily KPIs (GA4, GTM), optimize ROAS/CPA, and run A/B tests to maximize ROI.
- Growth: Refine product positioning and scale user acquisition for both local and international platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Growth or Performance Marketing.
- Strong technical setup skills (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Dashboards &...).
- Demonstrated capability to handle both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Good command of English.
