Education: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer
Responsibilities: • Create visual concepts for various projects such as advertisements, brochures, websites, and social media • Develop designs that align with the company's brand and messaging • Collaborate with the marketing team and other functions to brainstorm ideas and deliver high-quality designs. • Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design • Execute and edit the marketing department's required changes on current packaging materials. Design or adapt labels, secondary packaging, and promotional packs. • Collaborate closely with internal functions to support design work such as the company newsletter, internal announcements, and internal job ads. • Updating the company’s brand book under the supervision of the Marketing Director. • Coordinate with external agencies s and partners to make sure all designs are based on the company’s regulations. • Incorporate feedback from legal and quality teams into related initiatives and projects. • Monitor design trends in FMCG, beverages, and consumer culture to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
