Alefba is hiring a designer to help us tell the world about Alefba through thoughtfully crafted content and engaging experiences. You’ll be joining a dynamic group of designers, illustrators, animators, and writers on our brand design team to build awareness of the Alefba brand and product benefits. Designers serve a vital role here—from cooperation with the marketing team directly, to designing the look and feel of multiple customer-facing touchpoints. We appreciate designers who think deeply, are obsessed with details, speak clearly, and love collaboration and feedback. You will partner with the brand-identity team across multiple diverse projects to help improve delivery, polish, and performance. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, willing to help on any project, and excited about collaborating and learning from other talented team members. Requirements
You should have: ● At least 3 years of relevant experience. ● Experience with the marketing team. ● Equivalent educational degree. ● Ability to execute design projects with Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Motion Creator, Photoshop, and Figma. ● Creativity and skills in applying knowledge and design principles. ● Teamwork skills ● Responsibility and adherence to project schedules. ● Familiarity with English. Nice to have ● Ability to be a fast learner and flexible with changing the design system. ● Obsession with details. ● Up to date with the latest technologies.
