Job Description
-To make fit, size, pattern analyses according to the demands and expectations of target customers. -To carry out feasibility studies for the analysis and implementation of trend technics. -To set technical standards and improve them. -To foresee the technical risks in production before purchase orders and sample approvals. -To conduct technical controls of patterns and garment samples in terms of appearance, fit, measurement and sewing; to improve these technical details by giving suggestions and directions to make sure the fit and sample is technically correct. -To inform suppliers about the critics, give then technical information and to follow them up. -To support the suppliers technically. -To follow that the samples from the producers are produced in the desired standards; to make in the factory Pre-production meeting if necessary.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in related fields, -Minimum 5 years of experience in garment, fit, sewing, pattern etc. -Good command of Turkish, -Preferably advanced level of English, -Eager to learn, -Effective communication and planning skills.
