Job Description

Objective of the role: - Buliding simple websites for costumers - Making new HTML & CSS Pages from visual design - Developing features to enhance the user experience - Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability - Analyzing keywords and implementing SEO techniques. List of responsibilities: - Building websites and online stores - A to Z of WordPress framework and woocommerce design, customization and support - Translate graphical designs (PSD) to HTML&CSS code - Translate user behavior and research into actionable data - Supporting costumers and fix bugs in their websites - Optimizing text and content of web-pages for Search Engines - Improving the quality, applicability, availability and speed level of website - Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior Reporting to: CTO, CEO. Length of Probation Period: 2 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 17, Thursday 8:30 to 12:30.. Travel requirements: No. Gross Monthly Base Salary: 2-3 Million tomans per month . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Rewards after finishing each Project. .

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Front-end development. Specialist knowledge: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Wordpress, plugins Familiar with: SEO principles and SEO-related tools , Visul tools like Photoshop and illustrator, UX concepts, Responsive Design. Knowledge of video content production (e.g. Adobe Premier, After Effects) and also JavaScript and C-panel would be an advantage but it isn't mandatory. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Creativity, Ideation, and Storytelling, interested in learning, teamwork, adaptability, regular reporting, prioritizing tasks, agility, pragmatism and problem-solving, time-management, Customer Orientation
