Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in coordination with business units, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic and operational objectives.
Supervise variance analysis activities to identify key performance drivers, validate findings, and recommend corrective actions to management.
Manage the development of financial and management reports and dashboards , ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance for senior leadership and board-level decision-making.
Monitor financial performance across subsidiaries and group entities to ensure consistency, transparency, and reliability of reporting.
Lead and supervise the preparation and maintenance of financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Review and validate financial data analyses used to identify trends, develop forecast scenarios, and support business decision-making.
Supervise cash flow forecasting processes to support liquidity planning and efficient allocation of financial resources.
Coordinate with accounting, treasury, and operational teams to maintain data consistency and alignment across reporting frameworks.
Support management in capital structure analysis, investment assessments, and valuation activities by ensuring analytical rigor and data integrity.
Oversee the preparation of financial presentations and reports for executive management and board meetings.
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and governance standards across all planning and analysis activities.
Mentor and guide FP&A team members to enhance analytical capability, reporting quality, and professional development.



Qualifications & Experience:

Academic & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Management.
Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a holding, corporate group, or multinational environment.
Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to oversee dashboard design and reporting standards.
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint for executive reporting.
Solid understanding of financial and macroeconomic analysis.
Good command of English for interpreting financial documentation
