## Job Responsibilities
- Familiarity with major pharmacopoeias, including EP, BP, and USP.
- Strong knowledge of various dosage forms, particularly tablets, capsules, sachets, suspensions, and solutions.
- Conduct preformulation studies and formulation development for new products.
- Familiarity with equipment and machinery used at pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with production personnel to perform scale-up activities for new products.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, scientific research capabilities, accurate documentation, and teamwork.
- Design and develop formulations based on research findings and the analysis of the physicochemical properties of raw materials, including excipients and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical documentation and related technical documents.
